Data transmission security

Personal Information Protection Statement
Core Statement
Do not invoke any API interfaces that involve buyer or seller identity information.Our product only invokes business APIs related to sales data, inventory data, and advertising data. It does not access any endpoints that can retrieve personally identifiable information.
We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII).including, but not limited to: name, email address, phone number, physical address, payment information, government-issued ID numbers, and any other information that can directly or indirectly identify an individual.
Product only processesNon-personal data required for business operations, including aggregated business data such as sales statistics, inventory levels, and advertising campaign performance.

Data retained beyond the retention period will be securely deleted using irreversible techniques to ensure it cannot be recovered or accessed. When a user revokes SP-API authorization, we will immediately stop accessing their data and delete all cached business data associated with that user within 30 days.
Data Deletion Policy
When data reaches the retention limit, the system will automatically perform a secure deletion without requiring user intervention.
When a user revokes SP-API authorization via the Amazon Seller Central, we willStop all data access immediately, and delete all cached business data and aggregated analytics data associated with the user within 30 days.
Data deletion employs irreversible technical measures to ensure that deleted data cannot be recovered or accessed. Users may submit a data deletion request via the contact information below. We will process your request and provide confirmation within 30 business days.
Third-Party Data Sharing Statement
We do not sell, rent, or trade any data to third parties.
We will not share, exchange, or disclose any data obtained through SP-API with any third party.All data is used solely for internal product functionality and will not be transmitted to any system or service outside the scope of Amazon SP-API authorization.
The only exception is when laws, regulations, or government authorities require disclosure. In such cases, we may disclose necessary information as required by law, but we will notify users in advance whenever possible (unless prohibited by law).

Right to access data
You have the right to query all cached and analytical data we store related to your business.
Right to Rectification
If you find data inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request deletion of all your business data, and we will complete this within 30 days.
Revoke Authorization
You can revoke SP-API authorization anytime via the Amazon Seller Central. We will immediately stop accessing your data upon revocation.
